What are these worth? Am I better off selling it un-opened?

Sold one last week for 65k a couple of days before tonics came out.

Didn't take too long to sell at that price (maybe 5 min) and had a couple of people offer 50k ish so definately wouldn't sell for less than that.

My guess is the value of 5th year minis won't drop dramatically with the 6th year aniversary since no new minis were introduced and they're required for HoM which is all anyone cares about now days.

EDIT: as to selling unopened. Yes you're better to do so if you need the cash or don't like the risk as if you open it you'll probably get a white worth significantly less than the value of the unopened present.

That said I couldn't be bothered selling a 3yr year unopened present at the same time I was selling the 5th year so opened it and got a green and made a quick 60k.
